An employee s<\/span><span class=\"x_ContentPasted2\">hall not <\/span><span class=\"x_ContentPasted2\">accept<\/span><span class=\"x_ContentPasted2\">\u00a0or\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"x_ContentPasted2\">solicit<\/span><span class=\"x_ContentPasted2\">\u00a0gifts, hospitality or other benefits.\u00a0<span class=\"x_ContentPasted3\">Declaration should be done within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the gift.\u00a0 <span class=\"x_ContentPasted1\">An employee s<\/span><\/span><\/span>hall not accept or solicit a gift from a person who:<\/p><ul><li><span class=\"x_ContentPasted4\">Is under investigation<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"x_ContentPasted4\">H<\/span><span class=\"x_ContentPasted4\">as a contractual or similar relationship with the hospital<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"x_ContentPasted4\">Has an interest that is directly or indirectly connected with the employees duties<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"x_ContentPasted4\"><span class=\"x_ContentPasted1\">An employee s<\/span>hall not a<\/span><span class=\"x_ContentPasted4\">ccept any type of gift expressly prohibited under the Leadership and Integrity Act, 2012 or any<\/span><span class=\"x_ContentPasted4\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"x_ContentPasted4\">other relevant statutes and policies<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"x_ContentPasted4\"><span class=\"x_ContentPasted1\">An employee s<\/span>hall not r<\/span><span class=\"x_ContentPasted4\">eceive a gift which has the potential of compromising his or her\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"x_ContentPasted4\">integrity<\/span><span class=\"x_ContentPasted4\">,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"x_ContentPasted4\">objectivity<\/span><span class=\"x_ContentPasted4\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><span
