Mr. Alfred Kagika is the Alternate Director to the Cabinet Secretary, the National Treasury. He is also the Pensions Secretary & Director of Pension at The National Treasury.

Mr. Kagika has more than 28 years of experience in the Public Sector and having previously served as CEO/Secretary of the Power of Mercy Advisory Committee, Social Administrator at both State House and the Cabinet Office.

Other positions held include District Commissioner, Provincial Administration & Internal Security; Assistant Secretary, State House; Assistant Secretary, Ministry of Roads & Public Works; as well as the Chief Executive Officer of the Rent Tribunal. 

He holds both a Masters and Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Administration.
