The Pharmaceutical Services Division coordinates and manages the Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacovigilance, Poison & Drug Information, Pharmaceutical Products, and Pharmaceutical Production in order to ensure adherence to professional best practices.
The Clinical Pharmacy Unit ensures coordination of clinical pharmacy practices in the Hospital to support the various disciplines which include: Critical Care, Oncology, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Radio-pharmacy and Renal.
The unit offers various specialized services to both adults and paediatrics.

The unit is responsible for coordinating Pharmacovigilance, Drug and Poison management.
Services:
Medication Safety: monitoring the quality and safety of medicines, identification of risks and mitigation measures, and responding to medication safety issues.
Poison and Drug Information Service: responsible for providing a resource to healthcare providers for independent updated information as well as call service to manage poisoning cases.
Blood transfusion services
This unit is responsible for the preparation of paediatric formulations (not commercially available) and Oral Morphine solutions used in severe and chronic pain management.
1. Courier services for medication: In collaboration with POSTA, KNH Pharmaceutical services division delivers medicine countrywide.
